Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the RevTrove software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are entered into by and between you and Q0 ("Company", "we", or "us"). If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the software.

2. License

Q0 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You agree not to sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Software.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Use the Software for any purpose other than its intended purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Q0 owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights.

5. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of these Terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Q0 BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
